Double Delivery was the second film I produced, written and directed by Imani Vaughn-Jones whose production company is now a partner of The New Jennasis Network, Copper Fern Productions.

I was primarily responsible for

• Managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the teams.

• Screen and prioritize emails and correspondence.

• Production contracts and facilitation of payment to locations, vendors, catering, talent and crew

• Hiring/recruitment of vendors, talent, audience and crew

• Staggered scheduling of talent & filming schedule

• All communication between producers and talent/crew

• Calling time while filming, last minute changes and shooting adjustments while filming

• Craft services

When I initially read the script, I was taken by the sitcom-esque nature of it, and I knew it would play well on screen. Within 4 months, I put the script through pre-production, production and post-production in time for us to hold a private screening of the completed film in October of 2024. Since being submitted to festivals, it has won an award for best actress, bestowed upon our incredible lead, Teryn Simmons.

The Nelson sisters are throwing a baby shower, and things ​take a hilarious turn for the worse when the man delivering ​their food happens to be their long-lost deadbeat dad.

Office PA

I was primarily responsible for

• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and teams.

• Screen and prioritize emails and correspondence.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

• Coordinate virtual meetings, conferences, and company events.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Production Coordinator

“What Lies Under The Tree” was the first time I was hired as a production coordinator and my first major production. I pride myself on what I was able to learn on this film and the connections I was able to make.

I was primarily responsible for

• Payroll & collection/input of crew timecards

• Cast and Crew travel arrangements

• Cast and crew contracts

• Oversight of department needs (wardrobe, props, set dec, production office)

• Facilitating communication between producers and all talent/crew
